When one cannot help but be frustrated, take some time off to reassess the scenario. With this pause, you can start applying the techniques on how to release emotion. Do not let negative vibes cloud your mind from making a fair judgment. Remember that most people still expect you to be mature even when one is already the victim in here.

You need to breathe deeply. Do not perform something which would only bring you regrets. Never act upon your emotions because they are temporary. Yes, you have all the reasons to be angry but you are required to understand the story of the other side. This is how you become a better person at the end of the day.

When one is not allowed to express your emotions verbally, then do it in writing. It is not that you will send a letter to your enemy but you also need to understand why you are angry. So, allow yourself to heal as the words come out in the paper. In that scenario, you will start looking forward to a bright future again.

You have to find the perfect distraction soon enough. Listen to your favorite songs so you will not hear what they have to say. They are angry so it is safe to say that they do not mean all of those insults. Move out of your house when things are becoming worse simply because you deserve some breathing space too.

Working out is also a recommended option in here. Your heart may not be feeling right but you owe it to your body to give back somehow. In that scenario, you can cool down in a short period of time and everything will be back to normal again. Yes, you shall no longer trust these people but you have no choice but to interact with them somehow.

Imagine pouring cold water into your emotion. Sometimes, the greatest way to cool down is to choose to be creative instead. Again, there is nothing more that you can do about the case. The damage has been done and you just have to start all over again. So, put your energy somewhere else and you would be rewarded greatly.

Be certain that your support system has already been established from the start. In that scenario, one will never think of murder and save yourself from life sentence in jail. Yes, your emotions can make you see dark in a snap so better get a grip of yourself.

You ought to force yourself to smile. Yes, it may be a fake one for now but you really should change your perspective about the case. Be able to move forward before you accidentally cause harm to the other party.

Sleep to calm down your energy. Give it an hour or two and you will forget why you are angry in the first place. This is where forgiveness will come in you shall feel so much lighter as an individual.
