Of course, it can take time to get to the stage where one feels fully connected with the psychologist. Many people have been betrayed and it obviously takes time to know who to trust. When you keep this inside, you will carry it around with you like a heavy weight on your shoulders. It becomes a burden. You will feel so much lighter once you have let go of it. Medication will help, but one needs to talk about the underlying issues. This is the real path to success. It is going to lead to the healing process and this is the real goal.
